How do I get my "training thread" at the bottom of my posts when I post on others training logs?

you need to put the URL in your signature - which you can do from User CP

Almost.
go to your log and copy the entire URL onto the clipboard.
go back to User CP.
Highlight the words that you typed to identify your log. If you don't like those words, you can change them for what you want and then highlight them.
Now click the World-with-a-link icon.
Paste in your URL.
save.

What is the world with a link icon? Can't find it.

Look where you type in the box. Look up to the icon line above where you are typing.
One of the icons looks like a world/globe with a link from a chain. The tool tip says "insert link".
