Embeding video

I attempted to embed a couple videos in a reply, they showed up in the reply box and I could view them but once I submit the reply they would not load/it just showed an empty flash space (when you right click it said Movie not loaded) are we not able to embed video?

Here is the code I used:

unfortunately only youtube embeded video's are able to work. the reasons are explained in this thread:
