Default Climbing workouts

I was looking for fingerboards online and ran across this:
http://www.metoliusclimbing.com/trai...desgeneral.htm
http://www.trainingforclimbing.com/h...t/theory.shtml

I haven't read through these yet but I'd like to know what kind of workouts climbers should do.

AND I'd like recommendations for fingerboards.

THX,

Brad

I've never used them but have thought about getting one. I figure you would be working on moving around while hanging. Maybe doing some fingertip pull ups.

I've been looking at these:

or this:

Which are available at www.mountaingear.com

Yeah, I did but I haven't taken the time to read through it very thoroughly... but I will when it arrives!

Seems like a lot of the others were from the UK and I didn't want to order from overseas.

We have fingerboards at our climbing wall at the gym. Great finisher to an upper body workout.
