SITTING ON AN AIRPLANE
3. Where, anatomically, is the pain?
ABOVE AND OUTER SIDES OF KNEE CAP.
4. What does the pain feel like? Sharp? Dull? Aching? Stabbing? Shooting?
ACHING
5. Is the pain constant, or intermittent, or only on certain motions?
INTERMITTENT AND MOSTLY WHEN I AM SITTING STILL OR LAYING DOWN
6. What motions make your pain worse?
STAYING STILL
7. What, if anything, makes your pain better?
WALKING OR MOVING MY KNEES
8. Does your pain radiate to any other part of your body?
NO
9. What things could you do before, that you cannot do now because of your injury?

AGAIN, INTERMITTANT - COMES AND GOES
BASICALLY, I AM 34 AND HAVE 3 YOUNG CHILDREN. I HAVE AUTOIMMUNE HASHIMOTOS (LOW THYROID AND HIGH THYROID ANTIBODIES), AND HAVE RECENTLY BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH FIBROMYALGIA. THE MANY DOCTORS THAT I HAVE SEEM SAY THAT MY KNEE PAIN IS NOT RELATED TO MY DISEASES. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ANY DIRECTION OR ANSWERS? THEY WOULD BE MUCH APRPECIATED!!
