Default Itchy when hot

Whenever I exercise, I get very itchy on my head and neck. Its really annoying and makes it hard for me to get motivated to exercise. Anyone know what this is/what I can do to help it?

Dont do so much of the scratching and the itching should be stopping soon.

Is your itch start when you are already sweat? If yes, avoid to get sweat so much. Wear sweat-absorbing shirt; keep your head and neck dry from sweat.

Wherever I get itchy I don't sweat, so I'm not sure about that.

If you want to scare yourself, you can google exercise urticaria.
Others have found that moisturizing helps.
Others have found that just keeping at exercising will dull the reaction over time - that is, exercise every day and it will be less and less.
I get the itchy red thighs myself, but it is worse if my skin is dry and better when it is not and it does go away after a week or so of consistant exercise. But that is just me, YMMV.

Ei, why dont you try to put some anti itch powder? But you better consult a doctor before you use such thing like that.
