adding weight is easy. lift and eat. 1-1.5g protein per weight and go 300-700 calories above maintence. Height gain is a totally different question. My friend was also insecure about his height and was considering ordering this product called heightfx off the heighteffects.com site. Good thing, i got people's opinions on this forum and even alan aragon said that it was a rip off, so my friend ended up not purchasing it.

You can increase your weight, but not your height, as your height is governed by your genetics. If you're as tall (or taller) than both of your parents, you might already be at maximum size.
For gaining weight, exercise and eat plenty of whole grains, protein like chicken, beef, fish, beans or soy products, and extra fruits & vegetables. However, along with the extra calorie intake you should exercise more else you'll just get more fat.

good to know you are an expert on nutrition and such in this thread lizadeller while in the other thread you are a 16 yo who doesn't know anything about losing weight - except about amazing yeast cures in your sig link.
