Have you changed anything else? When you work at 9:30, do you get up and spend time moving around before work? Stretching, little rituals, tea, coffee, etc.

As hard as it sounds, still get up early and do at least some of those things. Maybe get up 45 minutes to an hour earlier, so you're not getting up and starting work right away and missing those activities. Don't sleep in until the last minute and jump right into work unless that's what you do normally.

(prolly not tina, just a style and language thing (previous posts are similar).)

If your work schedule has changed by 2 hours, shift everything that way. Get up the same amount of time before work you used to, like LostDog says, but also be sure to go to bed earlier, eat well, etc. It'll take a bit to adjust, but assuming you're generally normal and healthy, you should adjust to it in a bit. Keep your routine about the same, as far as what you do, but just shift it all.
