Tell your doctor to do a blood test to check ALL thyroid hormones, plus thyroid antibodies. Your health condition is NOT good if you are losing weight for no reason.

Well then, if you want to increase your weight, eat more. If you want to maintain your weight, eat about what you're eating now.

If you want to increase weight with tight sculpted muscle, find a training workout and head to the gym. If you want to maintain your weight but be more muscular or tight, do the same.

What to do depends on your goals. Gotta know the destination before you pick a path, right?

Shall put it simple..

Eat 5-6 times daily
Eat lots of greens and protein(meat, fish, eggs, milk etc)
Include good fats such as coconut oil, olive oil, fish oil, eggs..
I wouldn't include refined carbs like bread, pasta and rice for health reasons.

Calculate your daily calorie requirement and eat at least 500 calories more than that.

Check if your HCL level is ideal or not. If it is not, you are not going to absorb the nutrients from what you eat completely. Get a HCL supplement.

And of course, lift weights! Compound movements like the squat, deadlift, bench press, pull ups, rows and so on.. Your muscles need a stimulus/overload to grow.
