free site or (Mac) software to chart weight & blood pressure

I've been using a pay site that had lots of Dash (a food plan) info plus let you track and graph some health things. I've realized I don't really use much on the site anymore except the blood pressure and weight tracking features. (Plus I just don't want to pay them any more. )

So now I'm looking for a free site or software that can track and chart weight & blood pressure.

So far I've found one possibility at Trackers - Revolution Health

Any experiences or recommendations?

I just use my own Excel spreadsheet, that way I can customize it to track whatever info is important to my health.
