Default Lower back and leg pain

that worsens with long hours of standing.

That "long hour" has reduced to 30 mins of standing during the last weekend. I do deadlift, lunges and squats thrice a week and swim 4 days a week. I continue to exercise thinking that the pain will worsen if I don't exercise at all. Ohh.. I have vericose veins as well. Long hours of continuos brisk walking does not cause any pain at all.. But walk in the malls where you stop..walk..stop..walk.. does cause pain

Anyone here had a similar problem?

Thank god no one is in a similar situation. It really hurts

I saw the doctor. He mentioned the circulation in my lower body is not up to the mark. Some of the valves have been damaged during pregnancy. Nothing I can do about..is very common in women who have borne children. It will only get worse over time.. Yeah.. sounds like fun I have been put on Vitamin E and extra strength Calcium.

Sorry, but since I think this is one that deserves more than an internet diagnosis and I haven't experienced similar symptoms, I didn't respond but I am glad you got some useful insight from your doctor!

One more stupid thing we are cursed with after kids. I bet the exercise is good for it though - it helps with blood flow?

Curse?? I like the way you worded it. Yes, definitely exercise is good. Any form. I told the doc, I do lunges, squats, deads... should I stop until it gets better? He asked me to continue and also mentioned they were good.
