Default Can anyone suggest any proven ways for weight loss?????

Hi everyone, I have been really obsessed with my weight problem. I am a 33 year old female and have gained 90lbs which makes the count to 210. I recently took out some of my summer clothes and they don’t fit me anymore!!! This is a real tragedy for me. How can I not wear the ones I adore...moreover the new look is getting me mad (with the comments from my friends). I know quite a few ways to start losing weight…….but I don’t really feel that, with so many people failing using these methods that I will make it through. Does anyone know a proven way to reduce the weight?

Please help me…..this is killing me!!!

Eat less.
Move more.
Ramp up and start slow if you're not used to moving, but do more than you do now, and eat less than you do now.
Don't bother with super drastic cuts, a moderate deficit will see results, you don't need to get all "The Biggest Loser" to lose.

Welcome

Don’t be sad. It’s just a common problem and the solution is a simple one. You should not take this as a disease, but rather a challenge that you can and will over come. There are many ways to got about it…….but its just as you said…..the failures are counted more than the success. My friend was in the same situation and she was really frustrated after putting on the weight again. She finally came across a weight loss system that not only gave her a reason to smile but did the magic work that she wanted
to get done. I would advise you to give it a try….as it can be a turning point to your life.

All the Best!!!!

imagine, two brand new people having a conversation with their 1st posts - and the 2nd has a link with a fix to the original problem. And they both post in the same non-default font.

I tried a Dr. Pepper and Wendy's triples diet, and that didn't work. Maybe the Spam musubi diet will work better.

1. Leave your house.

2. Take with your a field knife and .45 and up gun with ammo.

3. Find the woods and live there for a few months, and hunt your own food.

4. You'll lose weight or end up dead.

Hey there,

I was looking for personal trainer as I was out of shape after my car accident. After Googling, I came across a website called *deleted url*. Their online discussion forum was great help to me. Their staff helped me personally for all the queries. I highly recommond their help and support.

Weight Watchers! If you follow the program it works, period. You'll lose at a moderate (safe) rate, learn to eat much healthier, and you also get "credit" (i.e. more eating points) for your workouts. Best wishes to you!

Agymrat - read the entire thread. There are people who appear and post here (referred to as trolls) -- they post for the first time, ask a very basic question... within a few hours or a day, another brand-new poster appears out of nowhere with a link to a magical weight-loss system (aka spam).

That's what Lisa and Aoife meant by "don't feed the trolls"

She was a spammer, asking, months ago, a "question" that then later she could come back and "answer" (that had contained links but has since been modified by a moderator).

It is a common tactic, often recognizable because of tell-tale signs like odd phrasing, non-default fonts, and other things you generally pick up on once you've seen enough of them.

It is a recent fact that drinking a pomegranate juice can helps to attain a reasonable weight. It is always reliable to consult with the registered physicians before making a tour of weight loss journey.
