Interesting. In fact the topic of sleep overall is interesting and is often not discussed. It is also interesting that you brought this up because we just interviewed Paul Chek and asked him about sleep, not as it relates to diabetes, but about sleep in general and he had some very interesting answers.

That's very cool, thanks for pointing me at the interview with Chek.
With sleep, the main question for me is chicken or the egg. In something like hormonal disturbances, it's always interesting to see if your lack of sleep caused them or is a symptom of them, you know.
