Ok, I am new to this site and I am very happy that I found it. I didn't know a site like this existed, anyway here's my question...
I have a thyroid disorder, Hashimotos Thyroiditis to be exact. It is a form of hypothyroidism. Anyway, I have tried all the things that I know to help loose weight and tone up; I know I haven't tried everything which is why I am asking for further help (sometimes doctors aren't very helpful). What can I do diet and excercise or/and even supplement wise to help me. I am not gaining any weight and haven't sinse I got my thyroid under control but I would like to get back to a more fit me.
Have any suggestions???
