Hi all.. I'm new to the forum [img]smile.gif[/img]
I work out regularly (resistance training), I'm on a high protein/high calorie diet and live a moderately active life.
For the past year or so I've been having to urinate quite often @ bedtime. I'll go before bed, and when I'm lying there 10 mins later I'll have to go again. Then I'll wake up sometime in the middle of the night and go again. I'm only 27 years old. I'm pretty certain I don't have a UTI because I went on broad spectrum antibiotics for something different awhile back. This is really starting to irritate me. I make sure I don't drink a lot of fluids an hour or 2 before bed. The only drink I have is to take a supplement before bed.
Anyone know what may be going on?
