I started working out 3 weeks ago and I have noticed a small lump under my left nippl/peck. Is this cancer or somthing normal?

Could be gynoclemastia, otherwise called "bitch tit". It is a common side effect of access testosterone in the body, which aromatizes to estrogen. Either way, I would have it checked. They might be able to medicate it down with some nolvadex and clomid, or they may remove it surgically, or they may tell you to take anti-inflammatories and see what happens. If you are taking any substances that may be exacerbating the situation, stop.
