Default New and need some advice.

Well I started working out on (July 10th 09) Weight 210 pounds..Age 21 Height 6-1. You would have a better chance of winning the lotto then getting a picture of me with out a shirt on. I started Brad Pits diet for the movie (Troy) its been working very well to Date Ive lost 30-31 pounds.

First picture was taken (August 15thish 09) Weight 192pounds Before I joined a gym

So this next picture is me now taken (September 12th 09) Weight 179.. No longer have that fear of being seen with out a shirt on. I have not had a trainer, I'm just wondering if anyone can give me friendly advice.

Thanks and I look forward to what you have to say.

Good work on the fat loss.

You said no trainer, but have you been training? Let us know what you've been doing and we can recommend something, I'm sure.

Welcome to the forum.

Welcome to the forum.

Morning 5-6 days a week:
25 Chin ups, 25 crunches on stability ball, 25 Push ups, 15 Side crunches, 15 jackknifes.

4 nights a week, I will run around 10k.

Also 4 nights a week I go to the gym with my two friends, We have a whole gym plan that we do. So I'm very active throughtout the whole week.

I eat a lot of fish and chicken, loads of green veggies, fruit, oatmeal, pasta, and water.
Im on whey protein shake mix that I mix with 1% milk.

I have along way to go till I look like what I want to look like, anything you cant share would be great help.

How do you want to look? More muscle and leaner? You might consider getting Built For Show. It's a really good program. Better than winging it in the gym, although you guys might have a good program already, since you say there's a plan. What is it?
