All jokes aside, Brad Pitt looks the way he does because of a lucky coincidence of great genes all coming together. I can't see your picture, but in order for your body to look like his the most important thing is genetics. It is much easier to look around for someone your height with a similar build, who is in shape, to get an idea of what you could look like with a good program.
The second thing is the workout program. Look around this site; many of us are partial to Lou Schuler's books, including The New Rules of Lifting. There are lots of good lifting programs, including Chad Waterbury's, Alwyn Cosgrove, etc.
You are lucky to have stumbled on this site, because you will find the best advice around here; just be a little more specific when asking questions so you can give people something to go on. Mainly, choose a program such as the ones I mentioned, and STICK TO IT! Your body will look like the best version of ITSELF, which is all we can ask of ourselves.
