Default hello ..new to forum looking for help

hello Iam new to this forum and have been searching for awhile. Im 24 years old 5'11 and weigh 164 pounds. I am looking to change my lifestyle around. I just joined a 24hr gym and have no typical workout routine. I need your guys help. My goal is to Look like brad pitt in fight club. I eat healthly. Take flaxseed, fish oil, whey protein. Drink water and Green tea.

I am open to suggestions

My suggestion is to investigate whether there is the slimmest chance that you share the biological parents with Brad Pitt.

If it turns out that you don't. Get a good workout routine, stick with it. And become the best physical specimen that can be produced by YOUR biological parents.


**I remember an old comedy sketch where this guy says "my wife said she wanted to look like Barbara Streisand, so I picked up a hair brush and broke her nose" This made me think of that old skit . . .

All jokes aside, Brad Pitt looks the way he does because of a lucky coincidence of great genes all coming together. I can't see your picture, but in order for your body to look like his the most important thing is genetics. It is much easier to look around for someone your height with a similar build, who is in shape, to get an idea of what you could look like with a good program.

The second thing is the workout program. Look around this site; many of us are partial to Lou Schuler's books, including The New Rules of Lifting. There are lots of good lifting programs, including Chad Waterbury's, Alwyn Cosgrove, etc.

You are lucky to have stumbled on this site, because you will find the best advice around here; just be a little more specific when asking questions so you can give people something to go on. Mainly, choose a program such as the ones I mentioned, and STICK TO IT! Your body will look like the best version of ITSELF, which is all we can ask of ourselves.

Welcome, you found a great place to get educated!



And JP and Katedid, watch it or Lou might have to sue you for copyright infringement.
