Thanks guys. I probably had a few more lbs in me, but my back was starting to get tired. Next time I max, I will try to make bigger jumps between sets and save my strength.

I'm aiming for 405 by the end of the year.

Ditto on the WOW!

(Looks like the safety bars (for lack of a better word) on that squat rack were busy holding your water and towel, too -- no worries about needing to bail out, I guess!)

Great work!

Wow man. Whats your normal squat Max?

I wish my arms were a bit more flexible to do the traditonal grip. I have to let mine sit on my front shoulders and cross my arms mummy style over the bar.

Thanks! My back squat max was 415 last year, but I haven't tested it in a while. I may switch to back squats after a few more rounds of 5/3/1.

It took me a long time to build my flexibility so I was comfortable with the clean grip. Just keep working on it a little bit at a time.

great work. I've always had trouble with the clean grip. I guess I need to...like you say...work on MY flexibility.
