Hello everyone! My name Aaron, and here is my progress. This was 1yr progress. Full of trial and error.

Thanks. Yeah, it took a lot of work, but well worth it. Not done yet but its getting there.

I still have an old pair of jeans that get out every now and again to keep me motivated. The old jeans are a size 40, sitting in a size 30 right now

Great progress buddy, keep at it. Don't be satisfied just yet. I know many, myself included, will make some great progress then get content and start to slack a little.
