I decided to start the OPT fatloss program (after being off diet (totally - eating over maintenance) for 3 weeks) on Jan 5th (tomorrow) and I'll be posting weekly pics here. Feel free to comment (or not! )! I already have a website (in French) where I'll be logging everything so I don't feel like translating everything in another log here. So, my way to contribute to the success (I hope) of this program is by posting pictures. Don't we say that a picture is worth a thousand words, after all?

Weight: Don't know. My boyfriend takes care of it with all the calculation and will be telling me tomorrow how much I should eat after making the BMR + activity - deficit calculations. Why? Because I'm a scale slave.
Well, this is not going to be a real log as I'm not going to write my daily things. Only pics and measurements, so that's why I figured it'd be better here but if a mod thinks you are right, they are free to move it to the proper place!
It's not because I'm not overweight that I don't want to shed fat. My BF% is around 25%. I want to lower it around 18%. Best way to do this is to do a fatloss program!
You are certainly in a great starting place... You look good to start with. It will be interesting to see the photos as you progress. Welcome to the forums!

When do you think you'll have all of the recipes from your old site up at your new one? There were a couple I wanted to try but I didn't print them up before your old site came down.

willall be added over the next few months, however is there is something you want between now and then, just pm me and I will get them over to you.
God, I look fatter than last week although I have lost 1/2" on the thighs and 1/2" on the waist. I went out last night, guess the alcohol isn't quite good for water retention, huh?

I have a quick question. I didnt catch it in your log, but are you doing 12 weeks straight of OPT? No refeeds or breaks or free meals?

I don't have a log here. I log my things on my website but it's in French I'm doing 12-weeks straight without break but with refeeds. One refeed per week. It's not written in the program to do so, but my temperature tends to go low pretty fast and since I had issues with my metabolism at the end of last year, I don't want to screw things up again.
PS: Thanks, you're sweet. But I'm still not satisfied at all. Haha!
