Default Divorce diet results!

This program is awesome!

You don't even have to work out. I haven't lifted in about 4 months, and I loosely follow Adam's Diet. Mostly it's just caloric restriction though

So here's me at 164 pounds and 8% bodyfat! I have to say that I haven't been this lean since I was in my late 20's.

Fortunately all those years that I actually trained consistently left me with a decent frame, albeit with some soft muscles.

Sorry, no jazz hands in this one.

Looking good, JP! But obvious fail for the lack of jazz hands.

nice JP!!! when you are healed up and ready, the only thing that will stop the onslaught of single, available hot women is the obvious gold appendage on the left hand.

I just want you to know how much I appreciate this site. the connections I have made here have been invaluable to my own healing. I am in the best shape of my life right now, and a good chunk of that I owe to this site. so whatever stress might be happening in the relationship area of your life, just know that in this particular area, you completely rule. and your impact on people like me that you have never even met is profound.

It's amazing what the divorce diet can do. Been there, done that. Sorry to hear it, because it sucks.

Sorry to hear about the divorce, JP. Now my previous comment seemed kinda out of place.. I didn't realize, I just though it was the name of some kind of diet.

Notice all the replies from women....???? Hmmmmmm......

Mine was the "Fear of Dying Diet." Forty lbs in two months! Don't recommend it, however.

Lookin' good, dude!

I laughed when I saw the title and knew immediatley. I have been going through this too and am down to 155# (from 180) Still working out though I haven't posted or logged on here in a long time. Just don't feel social these days. My final hearing is in January. It's not fun JP. Sorry you guys are facing it too. Divorce diet plan is pretty easy to stay on. No motivation really required....BULKING will be an issue!

PS - Hi everyone.

Lucky for me I just don't give a shit about being big anymore.

I do need to do something. I can't host a fitness forum and be a complete sloth, now can I?

I'll probably start doing something next month. I need to get my sea legs under me first. Speaking of legs, mine or wasted away... droopy sleeves of vestigial tissue that once resembled and functioned as legs.

JP, been there done that. I feel your pain. Not a divorce but a breakup after 3 years and it was very hard. Got ultra sick for about 2 weeks, like flu sick and couldn't work at all.

Best thing you can do is bang it out on some weights. Get back in there and thrash out some deadlifts.

JP, going thru a similar situation here as well. Not sure where you are in the whole thing right now, but a book that has really helped me out the past few days is "The Love Dare" from the movie "Fireproof." A really close spiritual friend recommended it and it has really helped me deal with my feelings--a lot more than the Zoloft has

thanks Julie. This process just takes soooo long. I guess it's a good thing it's not too quick easy and painless. Sure does keep me from wanting to go through this again I can tell you.
