Couple of physique and powerlifting. Have some strongman ones but I forgot where I put them. One of me and the missus on vacation. And some of our dogs.
Your GF (wife?) looks super, too, from what is shown. Would she mind if you posted a couple pics of her? And, maybe her height/weight/stats? It's nice to be able to see a woman who has really taken her body to the next level and see what her stats ended up being after recomp.
Thank you both. I know a thing or two about fat loss. I did an internship with Poliquin and honestly he's a freaking genius. Out of all of the guys that I have done internships with or seminars by far he has the most knowledge.
I will post pics of the missus when I can take them. She wouldn't let me take pics last night b/c she doesn't have a tan lmao. She's been working her butt off to get ready for a figure show and she's about 3 weeks out. If I can't get them soon I will have some from the contest for sure. She's done a great job. Was 178 at about 30% or a little higher when we met. She started following my program in January and is now 155 at 11.8%. Down from a size 12-14 to a 2-4. She's a real trooper and it's amazing that she can put up with me lol.
I am 6' and 230lbs currently, I stay about 8% year round. I no longer powerlift but I am getting the itch. I stopped competing b/c I got frustrated with the rampant use of powerlifting gear. With a raw bench of 425 and a suited lift of 475, I couldnt' compete with lifters more experienced with lifting gear, so I got discouraged. If I could find some guys to train with in Austin, I would probably compete again. I may get in a raw push/pull contest next year.
I dumped 475 in my last meet in 2004 and jacked up my left shoulder and elbow and it's popping its ugly head again. I was pressing 350-365 a couple of months ago and now I can barely press 225 without being crippled for days. Once I work that out I may enter a competition. I competed from age 14 to 26 on and off.
Oddly enough, I enjoy coaching more than competing these days. It's much more fulfilling for myself to help someone enter a contest than for me to do it. In that case two people win, and it's very exciting to point and say, "that's my athlete!"
Currently, because of the bod pod results i'm trying to bring fat levels down. I don't have much to work with but I'm always grateful for suggestions. If you need any specific info let me know. Thanks!

Awesome pics! Thanks for sharing them. I was also curious about your Lady's height. I am always interested in seeing body recomp and get especially interested in women who are a little taller.
Would also love to see some pictures of her!

Unfortunately we ran out of time for prep. I wanted her to do a show after the first of the year, but she picked this one and this coming weekend (I'm betting so that she didn't have to diet through the holidays ). She started at around 23% and we ended at 11.3-11.5% for the contest.
We have another one this weekend at Lackland Air Force base. It will be much easier in the future since she will be starting pre-comp at sub 14-15%.
She has done an incredible job considering that last year at this time she was almost 30% bodyfat, and she's taken most of it off in the last 10-12 weeks to get ready for this show.
