Default I need some advice please..

Hello everyone

I am 26, 6'6, 205.. Have been lifting/fitness for about 4-5 years, by myself-havent really noticed any changes, except some slight muscle build. I look skinny, but i have some fat around my waist and some man breasts..i can never get rid of the extra fat, cause im afraid ill get really skinny ...

How do i get rid of the extra fat? im afraid if i diet+ cardio ill lose more weight(my legs and arms get skinny first) and then ill look even skinnier. the fat around my waist and the man breasts go last when i diet + cardio...

Is that what i need to do?

thank you all for your thoughts/ideas.

p.s. i tried to add a pic, but its too large...

You need to host your pic on flicker or photobucket or something, then use the insert image icon.

I'd imagine your going to want to learn to jog in order to burn that belly fat off your body. In order to work out the chest issue, I believe they call them inclined and declined chest flies with free weights on a bench is what your looking for to fix that. Good luck with your image, hopefully this helps.
