New to the forum
Hello, everybody!
My name is Don, and I am from Lawrence, Kansas. I have been married 25 years, I am 46 years old, 5' 7". 161lbs. I have been training faithfully for over 2 years, and in the best shape of my life.
Here are some pics:
I originally began 30 pounds over weight, and began my health and fitness quest because of lower back pain.
I am a frequent poster of the WorldFitness forum (Training Forum) under the same screen name.
I look forward to interacting with you on the forum, and look forward to being a productive member.
Best wishes to all of you!
Chillen

Thanks for the reponses!
I plan to open a journal like the one have over on the other forum I am actively posting to in the hopes it is well received here, as well as beneficial to some members here at JP Fitness!
I hope to get to know you all. I will be reading on the forum for a while.
As you will see, my overall purpose when I post, is to uplift, motivate, and assist, another member with their personal fitness goals, as much as the limits of forum posts allows.
Best wishes to all of you!
