ok guys im new all to this but here goes , today is the end of the 4th week of my training schedule , and i thought lst week why not show my body progression , so i only have 1 stupid poserish photo to show you what i looked like before , in week 3 .

My training - ive devised a bit of a full on regimime , lifting weights 6 times a week with 1 days rest . I train about 2 hours every day , with presups and situps done every day , as many as i can do

So its been 4 weeks , i weigh 12 stone and have put on half a stone in my first month . 12 weeks left .
1st photo - 3 weeks
2nd set all - week 4

appreciate any comments , things i should be doing etc

You're lifting six days a week for two hours a day, and then doing pushups after that?

well i duno about anyone else but i definitely see progress. i just don't get how some people see so much progress in a few weeks, when it takes me like a year at least to see even the slightest change. oh well. good job

I see a lot of progress. It's hard to tell because the photos a little dark. At first I wasn't sure if it was even a before and after because in the first 2, it might just be bad lighting. BUt in the second two, you look great. You're abs are so defined and that was quick. Keep up the good work.
