Smile Newbie to the forum - Before Pics :)

Hello all, I'm new to the forum but I've been a follower of Lou for awhile now since reading The Book of Muscle. I'd love to get involved in some discussions.

Some background info on me as I am now:
I'm 25 years old, 5'10'' at about 155lbs and I consider myself in fairly good shape... although there is much room for improvement as can be seen from the pics (which I had the hardest time taking so please excuse the quality). I'm currently in school pursuing my doctorate in physical therapy and its hard to find time to workout with all my classwork but I try to find the time. I'll try to post my normal workout in the future for critique Thanks all!

You look a lot bigger than 155. Very impressive. Gotta post the wheels next time (as they like to say in here.

Your waist looks like it's about 25" around! Even at 6% bodyfat mine would probably still be around 31-33 inches.

Thanks for the response guys. I'll try to post some "wheel" pics when I get a chance haha. I think my overall goals are to stress more leg workouts (because they have been lax lately) as well as gain lean muscle primarily in my deltoids and upper traps which have atrophied more that I care to admit.

There's much much more I want to work on but I'm going to start logging what I do workout-wise and maybe get some input or suggestions Take care!

Yes, I'm surprised too by the weight. You certainly have a great platform from which to make great size gains if that is your goal.
