I posted this in my thread in the training forum, but this forum has not gotten used much yet so I thought I would post it again down here to get things rolling.

Okay guys... Here's a couple of pics I took this morning at 6AM.
Sorry the legs are left out. I will take some more formal progress pics later with legs included. Suffice it to say that my legs are in the best shape ever right now! It's good to be back! By the time I hit 40 in a few months I plan to look better than I did at my best in my 30's.
Have to throw more props out to Adam for his excellent diet. If you have any doubts whatsoever about the "

They're more like classical hands since my jazz guitar generally sucks. Give me nylon strings and a Bach score any day.

There weren't any members in there except for the friend who shot the photos. I generally frown upon camera phones in locker rooms though.

I will dig around and see if I can find some before pics. I didn't take formal ones because when I get that heavy I tend to avoid the cameral like the plague!

That photo was for one of his albums. His music always depicts a dark struggle between faith and the lure of his dark side. His albums all have pretty interesting covers. Check out the Mercy Machine site. While you're there, listen to some music. The Devil I Know is my favorite album.
