Since this was bumped I might as well put some new updated pics on here.
Mass is way down. Don't really care though. Still seem to be hanging around 10-12% bodyfat. I weigh 170. I am not back in the gym yet. I went a couple of weeks ago because it had been so long, but I haven't been back since. It's been over a year since I trained consistently. I do get some exercise with extracurricular activities I guess.
My nutrition pretty much sucks. I try to follow the TNT diet, but find myself sneaking chocolate chips or pancake batter or cookie dough (lots of temptation making goodies for the kids). I eat a lot of fresh veggies and more fish than I have ever eaten in all the previous years combined.
I wouldn't say "no effort" or just genetics. I would say "past effort." There was a day that I trained like a mo-fo! That and probably a little boost from my genes. I can't give it all to genes though because my parents looked old by 40. And although I sneak in little bites of sweets here and there, my total calorie consumption is probably pretty good, and I eat very little processed food.
I may start working out now that we are winding down to the last couple of months before the summit. I haven't avoided the gym out of sheer laziness. I was just really burned out on weights, my (former) career, my (former) life in general, but I do run around a lot after the kids and I have a few other activities that probably burn a few calories. Once I'm out of "survival mode" I will probably start hitting the weights again.
And since I know that you are a CG player I won't tease you about those purty long fingernails on that right hand. LOL!
I used to get the funniest looks from people in the gym when I complained about breaking a nail in the gym.
I never used to pay attention or care about it until I realized that many people saw it and quietly freaked out until they realized why my nails are so long on my right hand. Now I usually offer an explanation when I see people looking at my hand. They always say, "Oh, I didn't even notice," but I can see the expression of relief on their face.
I have a couple of gigs booked over the next couple of weeks, speaking of CG. I actually practiced last Saturday (I have terrible discipline).

I really like Mark's website, though I haven't risen to his challenge yet, and I have also not bought his book nor supplements, despite being tempted.
Cheers!

A friend of mine sent me a copy of P90X. We're gonna start it next week. I don't know what you guys think about it but it's basically a 90 day bootcamp for dieting. It actually looks fun and different. Should make for an interesting 90 days and we're gonna have a little competition which is always inspiring.
