My family got to spend a few hours at JP's house on Friday night as we were in Arkansas visiting extended family for Easter weekend. He and Erika were very gracious hosts and we had pizza for dinner (don't worry, he didn't eat any crust) with lots of veggies and fruit. He even flexed his abs for me and RedWifey. Yes, they are very defined. Yes, it was awkward.
I'd say he's in a little better shape now than he was in the photos. And the gimp arm seemed to be working fine on the guitar.

I can answer for him -- yes, he follows it strictly. He's kind of an "all or nothing" personality like my wife. Except his boobies aren't as nice.

Yeah, I'm pretty strict on it. You'll make progress if you do it about 80%, but it honestly gets easier. After a while I found myself not even wanting carbs. I have to force myself to eat them around the workout time.
