Default My first powerlifting meet

New subform here eh.. im in.

First meet on the weekend.. Made 6 of 9 lifts (almost bombed the bench ). Ended up at about:

500lbs squat, 280lbs bench, 540lbs dead.

thanks guys,

im by no means 'lean' but I still can see the top of my abs for a reference. 248lbs this morning At my height (5'9) I dont know how much heavier I really need to get to get my leverages right, I think I may be close.

golden coral = all you can eat for 10 dollars they have everything steaks, cornbread, burritos, chicken, breakfast food, all the deserts you cna think of EVERYTHING

cicis = 5 dollars all you can eat pizza with like 50 differnt kinds of pizzas
