NO2 or similar products are junk. Weed lowers T levels which can hinder progress.

since i've been doing it for two years now on a regular base.. (daily that is)


still i have to admit that i don't have any troubles with it, im currently attending university and passed each year till now.

also i'm working out for five years now and I can still grow
currently 170 pounds with 7.6% BF so that's aight

i don't smoke sigarets however, i find that people who smoke sigarets are a lot unhealtier than people who smoke one now and then, same goes for alcohol i never drink it.

and my social/personal life doesn't suffer from it so i really don't see a reason to quit it !

well if you live in texas i can imagine that you're scared as hell from marijuana but this is belgium man !

Cultural differences aside, smoking anything isn't healthy no matter what anecdotal evidence you use to justify it. Like I asked before, if you're not going to quit then why even bother asking? You've already justified your usage in your own head. Why seek approval from others on the net?
