He's just playing games with what people say now, turning it around.

Needless to say, moderators can make or break a forum.

Do I lift the heavier weights with less reps or lighter weight and more reps?
First off diet will get you bulky if you are not eating higher cals it doesnt matter what yuo lift there is only so much material to build muscle available.

Lifting heavier and more than you feel comfortable with is not always favourable and can be dangerous. If you are not comfortable with it dont do it, dont let his testosterone driven macho ego force you to do something you dont like. yes you have to push yourself but not to a level you are not enjoying it

Why on earth not? It dos no harm if you start shouting CNS I will scream! If you do the same routine every session 5 days a week you may have a case if not thats unfounded and just an individualised perception

Um...wow. Speechless.

I agree wholeheartedly, that moderators can make or break a forum. And the mods there are difinitely destroying that forum.

They seriously need to dump that "Toning" subforum or at least, rename it. Geez.

Opps, I reread my post above and I must have been tired when I wrote that.

He asked "Isn't the upper body a body part?"

BTW, I like your artwork. There's an erotic mystique about the images.

Haha, yes the upper body is one BIG bodypart.

And thanks, "erotic mystique" has never been used before to describe my work. I like it, though. Nice ring.
