A topic that's probably been raised before. I've been reading about the Body For Life program and the Testosterone Advantage Plan. I was in a bookstore yesterday and noticed there are all these other programs/plans for losing weight/getting in shape. Are any of these plans any good? Do any of you have any experience with the Body For Life program or the Testosterone Advantage Plan you can relate.

I've heard good results from both Book of Muscle and HomeGrown Muscle. I had never until this post heard of either book you are talking about. You may want to look at reviews of the book on Amazon.

I would recommend Testosterone Advantange Plan as much for the general information included in the book as much as the diet plans provided. A BIG BONUS is that the author also hangs out here so you can ask questions about what you've read!
