Could anyone shed a little light on how to do the following?

stiff arm pulldowns
t-bar row
donkey calf raises

I have a general understanding of the excersizes... i just want to do them right... exactly right....

I will try to find the exercises.

Stiff arm pulldown:

Couldn't find that one, but here is one that works the same basic group of mucles, called a "pullover"



Tbar row:



Donkey calf raises:

Don't forget that a key factor in the performance of each of these exercises is to perform them in short-shorts and without a shirt.

From what I understand, the Stiff-Arm Pulldown is similar to a Pullover, but performed standing with a lat-pulldown machine. You stand in front of the machine, grab the handle with your arms extended, and pull the handle down to your waist without bending your elbows. I like dumbell pull-overs better.
