Hi Melissa,
Thanks for the question. The reason that you won't find anything about the book on Amazon or other sites is because we published this book ourselves.
It's a collaboration among several authors. Everyone wrote a chapter, and we formatted it together in one large PDF file. When someone purchases the book, we simply email them access to the file, and they print it out or view it on their computer. Some people that sell it may also print it and mail it.
So consider it self-published.
Also, we only completed it a couple of weeks ago.
I can't offer you an unbiased opinion of the book, but hopefully someone else will be able to.
Sincerely,
Craig Ballantyne, CSCS

actually i have a question i will post in here:
shapeshift and turbulance training.. are they along the same lines or are they basically the same thing? i know that shapeshift incorporated turbulance training - or is shapeshift more lower body focused for women? if i did turbulance training would it be the same as shapeshift?

ohhhhhh im so confused.. i want to do another program but i dunno where to go from here. i dont want to do TT if there is too much in there that i cannot do (b/c of my back) or if it is the same shapeshift. i dont want to do anything with a big focus on upper body either (as most guys are concerned with) which is why i enjoyed shapeshift
cap,
i do peep in at your log here and there.. a 115 lb squat- thats insane! i herniated my disc at 75lbs! the most weight i will squat right now is 55lbs (i weigh 102) and thats pushing it -not for my strength, but for my disc. hey, if its not gonna heal then screw it!
any input is helpful

Can't help you with what programs you're restricted to b/c of your back, but you would be surprised what upper body work will do. I'm really liking having shape in my shoulders and arms. I think it makes sleeveless sexier.
TT is full body.
proportionatly, our squats probably aren't that far off, you weigh 30lbs less than me
But do work on taking care of your injury. It's hard to be patient, but you are stuck with the body you're in FOR LIFE

Mesha,
Your back is the number one priority. Make sure you get yourself in top health before trying any advanced routine.
