Squat Rx update
There have been several new videos added to the excellent Squat Rx series. Here is a complete list of what's available as of this date.
Squat Rx Videos
Squat Rx #1: Lower back rounding and the bottom of the squat
Squat Rx #2: GMing out of the Hole
Squat Rx #3, Part I: Engaging the glutes and hamstrings, Part I
(Explains why leg press isn’t good, shows leg pullback (Pilates glute move), wide-stance good morning, one-leg RDL, and BSS)
Squat Rx #3, Part II: Engaging the glutes and hamstrings, Part II
(Shows GHR, reverse hyper and ball reverse hyper, CV deadlift, and Dimel deads)
Squat Rx #4: Bar positioning and squat depth
(Explains high bar and low bar positions [high bar is less demanding on shoulder flexibility])
Squat Rx #5: Hip and hamstring mobility and flexibility
(Improve mobility by squatting more. Shows various circles and twists, shoulder dislocates, hanging leg twists, Cossacks, various lunges, windshield wiper progressions, 90/90 stretch, kneeling glute and IT band stretches, kneeling quad/hip flexor stretch, elevated hamstring stretch)

Thanks Lisa. That is quite a collection of videos. I came across these a back when there were only 1 or 2. Looks like I have a lot of catching up to do.

Just checking out some of these now before I head down to do front squats. Awesome info! A lot of exercises I can use to help out my squat. Looking forward to applying these principles.

Thanks for putting this list together, Lisa! I wish that you were in North Alabama (I think I remember that you're in the other end of the state) because I'd love to work with you and have you make sure that my form is right--you are so knowledgable and helpful in your responses!

hehehe I might just plan a trip to the beach around it, Lisa!  I mean, couldn't I always make up an excuse to get to the beach? lol
