Thanks Lisa. That is quite a collection of videos. I came across these a back when there were only 1 or 2. Looks like I have a lot of catching up to do.

Just checking out some of these now before I head down to do front squats. Awesome info! A lot of exercises I can use to help out my squat. Looking forward to applying these principles.

Thanks for putting this list together, Lisa! I wish that you were in North Alabama (I think I remember that you're in the other end of the state) because I'd love to work with you and have you make sure that my form is right--you are so knowledgable and helpful in your responses!

Thanks for your kind words! If you take a vacation at the beach this summer, plan to work in a one-time session with me on your way home!

itil exam all been sent out and, as far as I can tell, everyone who was supposed to get one should have received theirs by now (even the two that I sent overseas)

linux+ certification . I received one check (thanks ) which I will be donating to, and have heard from another who plans to donate to a nearby charity overseas. If you got a shirt

mcdst training and are making some kind of donation to pay it forward, I'd like to hear about it, or if you're just giving to a charity for whatever reason this holiday season, I'd like to

mcitp braindumps hear about that too.
