Default Squat Series Videos

Excellent info on how to squat. I use this type of stuff to teach my clients how to squat. If youre doing any of this, then heres how to fix it. Ive thought about doing something like this for OLing, but Ive been lazy.


Lower back rounding and the bottom of the squat
GMing out of the Hole
Engaging the glutes and hamstrings, Part I
Engaging the glutes and Hamstrings, Part II
Bar positioning and Squat Depth

The newer ones hadn't been put on youtube yet.

I thought someone added the updates, but it must have been over at MH.

Great stuff though... no problem having it reposted!

Thanks for the Links guys - good info

Has anybody else been getting really slow speeds on youtube recently. Every other site loads in an instant but i'd say about 70% of youtube vids are taking several minutes to load

This is so informative, thanks for posting it. I have never seen a full squat at a gym, or even a quarter squat just wannabe squats.

BTW, in another thread a bit ago, you mentioned a piece of advice to someone I want to thank you for: use the upper body pull to get the jump in the oly lift (or something like that). In any case, I can feel the difference.

It will be a while, I have to wait for my training partner to get back from vacation and then shoot the vids, have some others critique, then send them off.
