Scissors: is prefomed by lying on a mat in a supine position (palms and face towards the celling) bring your legs to about 70 degrees and start crossing them together.

Reaches: ?

Knee up crunches: put your feet up on a bench or on the floor have your feet up and crunch upwards.

I believe Jp has pics of these this the best way I can decribe them.
