Joe, I love your blog. I am not a heavy blog-reader, but I make a point to hit yours at least once a week. The only other blog I read that much is Lou's, if that says anything.

If you are training expert I need case examples of production as I want to read more but I am worried about investing time into something that may not be worth it. Thanks.

No prob!

For those of you who don't get the RSS feed thing, but use Google (iGoogle?) as your home page, you can add a blog reader as one of the panels. I use http://www.google.com/reader/view/

All you have to do is paste in the url of the blog and it figures out the rest. No messing with RSS feeds, etc., although it may be happening behind the scenes.

So true. I switched from Blogger to WordPress. WordPress rocks. Way better at getting the posts high up on searches (ie Google).
