BP is normal. RHR is okay (should be lower with all the bike riding you do). Iron is fine. Cholesterol is excellent. What was your HDL? LDL? Did they even test for your VLD? What was your HDL to total cholesterol ratio? It can't be bad since your total number is less than the borderline for LDL alone. Appears that you are healthy as a horse.

All that bike riding? hehe. Good one.
I haven't been on the bike much in the last two weeks (which is NOT good for race training), but I have been running some. Getting WAY better than I was at the beggining of the week.
I may get on the bike tomorrow afternoon after I fix the mule. She blew the head gasket, so I have to tear it down. I'm hoping it's only the head gasket, because I don't feel like spending a grand or more to put a new engine into this piece of crapola.[/rant]

Don't complain about the lack of riding...I've gone from riding 6 days a week to zero riding for the last week, and probably for the next 3-4 weeks. Missing the prime part of fall moutain biking season.
I may very well go insane.
