Default Scheduling Program/Software

For trainers who run a smaller facility or are currently employed at one, what scheduling program/account management program-software do you use? There are so many out there and I really don't have the cash flow to try out multiple ones so thought I would ask you guys.

So far I have seen www.myvolo.com, zen planner, mind body online. Does anyone use these or is there another one out there that you prefer?

Default Volo Rocks!

As 1 of the founders of Volo I know that you will love the software that we have to offer you. The interface is considerably cleaner than Mindbody, less clicks to do everything. And Zen Planner doesn't have nearly as much functionality. We designed Volo to run our own training studio and then built it to be flexible to handle the different business needs of many different businesses.

I really like Volo out of the ones offered and it has been recommended to me by a few other associates in the field, but the one thing I don't have starting from scratch is the ability to pay up front for Training/Activation Fee which is why I'm looking for alternatives.

Appointment-plus is another scheduling software that works great and is pretty cheap to get starting with. Everything is maintained online and you can export client address information for mail-outs and promotional pieces.
