Default BNI Groups anyone?

How many of you have belong or belonged to BNI groups in your town or state?

I run a very local business as of right now. I have considered doing this BNI thing for years even when I worked for a gym. But have never committed to a BNI group.

It's $400 for a year which is not bad if you think you will get lots of referrals from this. Its a early morning mandatory meeting once per week as well

Anyone car to share thiri experience? was it worth it? did you get referrals and buisness? PRO's, CON's?

I have heard some people say it has been great others say they don't know anyone who has built there business Fitness through BNI.

I do a variety of things and my niche is fat loss and nutrition..I do in home, outdoor camps, Nutrition Coaching, Supermarket Tours. I do not have my own studio but pay cheap rent at two local fitness studios.

thanks,
