"You Want To Bulk Up or Lean Down?"
If you're still asking this question or any form of it, during your initial fitness assessment with NEW CLIENTS, then you're probably struggling with getting your clients to sign up with you. Especially if you're even attempting to do 3 month or more training programs. This question fails to connect with the REAL reason why your clients even search you out as a trainer in the first place, and if you fail to get this vital information, your closing rates are going to be under 50%. To learn the secrets to asking the RIGHT questions during your initial assessment with new clients, go to my FREE BLOG at www.myfitnessmarketing.com.
I don't think I have heard this question asked in the last 4 years as a hiring director, or a trainer who educates other trainers. Having so many fonts and sizes and the use of all capitals makes for a messy page that is unprofessional and is not going to give prospective clients confidence that you are offering a quality product.
It's called getting a lot of things done in a short amount of time. That requires that I not only run a chiropractic office, manage patients and staff, but also run an online consulting company. My grammar is the least of my concern. The funny thing about it is, that most people I meet who care about grammar, usually make the least amount of money. So the fact that you totally missed the message of the post and cared more about grammar, already tells me all I need to know.
