Default Question @ JP

I've been kind of absent on the forum. In and out, usually coming on when reading a thread someone may have posted elsewhere.

I was just reading that you sold your gym. When did this happen, and what are you doing now?

I sold it last Aug (closed the deal in November).

I'm doing sales now... Neurosurgical instrumentation. I'm taking a break from training for now. I may come back to it later, but right now I am just happy to not have to make all the decisions and carry all the stress from running a business.

I will maintain my presence in here though. I still love fitness, and I enjoy helping others. My lessons will be very valuable to anyone willing to read and apply them.
