Trainers in action

Hi folks, just looking to get a little list of resources going that documents trainers in action, showing the REAL tricks of the trade. Reading books and whatnot is good, but I often find they don't discuss the little things that MAKE a decent trainer a great trainer. I learn a lot by watching others.
So if you have any good youtube sites, or other sites, even pay ones that are worth it I'd love for you to share.

I'll start with a couple sites I've found so far.

http://www.physicalfitnet.com - doesn't show trainers in action but has a decent exercise demonstration library. I also like the experts section.

http://www.t-nation.com - I know there is a wealth of info here, I haven't been on the site enough yet..

Hmmm I know I have more, i'll have to search through my bookmarks. Also I hope it's ok to post these links, is there a posting policy??

Hm... I'm guessing you're somehow affiliated with physicalfitnessnet? You get a lot more respect from people in here if you just come right out and say stuff like that up front.

no actually i'm not affiliated at all.. it was just the first site under my pt - resources bookmarks folder.. i thought i had better sites but I can't find any bookmarks.. that's why I started this thread, so I could expand my list since it appears I don't have much
