Default 3 day acsm workshop

Hi Adam-- I just took the exam today and thankfully I passed! What is your background? I had no coursework in anything health/exercise related so I had to start from ground zero. It took me about 5 months to get ready and BY FAR the best thing I did was to take the 3 day workshop. It was well worth the money. Study the guide they give you thoroughly.
