Default wellness Program

Hi
My wife has a pt client who is a corporate officer for a small company. During a recent workout the topic of my wife running a wellness program for her company came up. My wife has alot of experence with personal and small group training, and she has a cscs. She feels she would have very little problem designing such a program. However not having done this yet, we are not sure of a rate structure. Has any one walked this path that can give us some advice.
Thanks;

ACSM has a decent manual about worksite health promotion. Carolyn Cox is the editor.

Update us on how it goes. I'm interested as corporate wellness is one of the ways I'd like to expand my business eventually.
