He'd do a lot better if the guy in the pic of his newspaper article wasn't doing such a shitty bench.

Wow... Now I get trainers spamming my site with ebay shit?

Looks like the bidding is up to a whopping 99 cents... about a dollar more than the product is worth.

Yeah I wasn't sure what to think of it either...Are there any other resources out there for marketing for trainers?

I really like the stuff I've used from Jim Labadie and Pat Rigsby.

What kind of marketing stuff do you need to know though? You have a lot of really smart and successful trainers in here. Someone can surely help.

I've bought some of Ryan Lee's stuff but I don't think he understands what it's like to actually manage a sports training facility, market one, and keep athletes coming back.

I want something from the trenches....from people who do what I do day in and day out.

Not sure if this helps.

Thanks for the quick replys...

If you want quality stuff from someone who has been in the trenches, check out netprofitexplosion.com. These guys have tons of experience, and countless testimonials from gym/studio owners who have implemented their systems with great success. I have bought a few things and have never been disappointed. You have to put the work in, but once you do you'll see the benefit almost immediately.

I think that trainerj23 is trying to say that they are not a typical "gym" like the kind that I own... They specialize in training athletes.

Long term plan, I would start farming the youth in your community... Go to schools and pick some young athletes with potential. Brian Grasso (IYCA) is one of the best resources for learning how to develop strength routines and teaches you how to coach 50 kids at the same time. Youth athletics is a huge untapped market.

In the short term, I just don't know without knowing more about your business. Give me the 10,000 foot view of your operation.
