Default Wanting to really set yourself apart as a trainer?

Check out the monthly research reviews by Alan Aragon, which can now be found as a side bar feature on the main page.

Just a few bucks can earn you thousands by taking you from a "huh?" trainer to a "get's it" training.

I'll vouch for Aragon's "Girth Control". It has made a definite and significant improvement in my approach to clients' nutrition. I'm sure the reviews will be great too.

I subscribed the other day and figured I'd chip away at the reports while sitting at work. Instead:

1. I learned I need to sit down and devote uninterrupted time to each article.
2. I sure hope I don't learn too much of the right stuff to mess up what I'm tested on for a certification exam somewhere

Absolutely, 100% agree! The research review is as thorough, cutting edge and objective as you can possibly get. I have never seen anything quite like it.

I am kicking myself from waiting so long to get it!

Starbucks? Bah. I fart in your general direction. Trader Joe's French roast for me, TYVM, supersetting with loaves of sourdough bread. Money.

Yes, kids, I learned the above from the Alan Aragon Research Review, and you, too, can learn similar tricks of the dietary trade
