I'll vouch for Aragon's "Girth Control". It has made a definite and significant improvement in my approach to clients' nutrition. I'm sure the reviews will be great too.
I subscribed the other day and figured I'd chip away at the reports while sitting at work. Instead:
1. I learned I need to sit down and devote uninterrupted time to each article.
2. I sure hope I don't learn too much of the right stuff to mess up what I'm tested on for a certification exam somewhere

Absolutely, 100% agree! The research review is as thorough, cutting edge and objective as you can possibly get. I have never seen anything quite like it.
