I sold the gym earlier this week. May. 9th is my last day at Total Body Fitness. I have learned many lessons over the past 11 years. I have had good and bad experiences.

I have a series of seminars i am designing with the first being conducted in early June. The seminar will be at Urban Active in Lexington Ky. The seminar (Nutrition: Fact or Fiction) will be for trainers from Urban Active. I am also working on various writing projects.

thanks
